Tea’d Off
You’re mad. Now what? We bring you a collection of tea to help you deal with your stress. First, we start with calming teas that have very little caffeine. If that doesn’t work, we move up towards focusing teas with clean, get-to-business flavors. Finally, when things are really bad, we present some strong teas to help you with Plotting and Execution of your plan. Finally, we end with a relaxing tea to help you forget the whole problem in the first place.

Tea Tenderfoot
A mix of different teas from around the world, and a great way starter course in gourmet tea. We also bring along different types of tea brewing vessels, showing how different teas are prepared in different ways around the world.

Black tea comes in a huge range of flavors, and with this tasting we go through some of the major players. From India and Sri Lanka to China and Taiwan, you’ll be able to enjoy the wide range of flavors that come from black tea.

Taiwan Treasures
Taiwan has emerged as one of the leading tea countries in the world, specializing in Oolong teas. The small island has a voracious appetite for tea and tea culture, both ancient ceremonies and new prepared drinks. With this tasting, we go over a wide range of teas from Taiwan, brewed in traditional pots and bowls.
Includes Four Seasons, Iron Mercy, Oriental Beauty, Frozen Summit, and Ruby Black.
These teas are also unique in that they should be steeped multiple times, so this tasting will include at least 2 infusions of each tea.

Our most unique experience, this tasting takes you through some of the different tea traditions from around the world. From spoiled Yak milk to tea aged in an orange, we explain some of the world’s more extreme tea cultures.
